These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SwifBook mobile application (“App”), operated by SwifBook (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of Services

SwifBook is a booking platform that connects clients with independent beauty professionals offering services such as hair, nails, lashes, skincare, barbering, and other beauty and wellness services. SwifBook does not provide beauty services directly.

Beauty professionals are independent contractors and are solely responsible for the services they provide.

2. Account Registration

To use SwifBook, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Provide accurate and current information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

3. Booking Process

• Clients may browse services and book appointments through the App.

• A booking is considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed and confirmation is sent.

• Beauty professionals control their availability, pricing, and services listed.

• SwifBook is not responsible for errors in service descriptions or availability posted by beauty professionals.

4. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

• Clients agree to pay the full service price at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• SwifBook does not store full payment card information.

• Prices displayed in the App may include service fees or platform fees, where applicable.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

a. Beauty Professional Cancellations

• If a beauty professional cancels a confirmed appointment, the client will receive a full refund for the canceled service.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the payment provider.

b. Client Cancellations

• Cancellation policies may vary by beauty professional.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing the cancellation policy before booking.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or no refund, depending on the professional’s policy.

c. Platform-Initiated Cancellations

• SwifBook reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of fraud, policy violations, or technical errors. Refunds will be handled appropriately.

6. No-Show Policy

• Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without proper cancellation may be considered a no-show.

• Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions or suspension.

7. User Conduct & Booking Rules

When using SwifBook, users agree to:

• Provide accurate booking details

• Communicate respectfully with beauty professionals

• Attend appointments on time

• Not attempt to bypass the platform for payment or bookings

• Not misuse, abuse, or manipulate the booking system

SwifBook reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Disputes Between Users

SwifBook is not responsible for disputes regarding service quality, outcomes, or personal interactions. However, SwifBook may assist in facilitating communication or reviewing reported issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• SwifBook is not liable for the actions or services of beauty professionals.

• SwifBook does not guarantee service outcomes, availability, or satisfaction.

• Use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Termination of Use

SwifBook may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or legal compliance reasons.

11. Modifications to Terms

SwifBook may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles
